2025 Board Business Meetings
Board Business Meetings and Work Sessions are open to the public and scheduled on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated. Board action may be taken at any or all meetings. Upon request to the Treasurer, the District shall make reasonable accommodation for a disabled person to be able to participate in this activity.
BOARD BUSINESS MEETINGS are scheduled at the Poland Board Office (Dobbins Early Learning Center), 3030 Dobbins Road at 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated) on the following dates:

The Poland Local Schools will hold a District Records Commission Meeting on Thursday, December 12, 2024. The purpose will be to review the district’s record retention schedule and approve a list of records for disposal. The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. in the Office of the Treasurer located at 3030 Dobbins Road, Poland, OH 44514.

Poland Local School District has received the Auditor of State Award from the Ohio Auditor of State's office for its excellent performance in the state audit.

At its meeting last week, the board seemed to favor a four-school, two-campus model using existing buildings. “We are not going after a new building,” Poland Superintendent Craig Hockenberry said.
