The Board of Education met in regular session on June 14, 2023 and approved a Resolution determining to proceed with submitting to the electors of the school district the single question of the issuance of school improvement bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $105,440,000 and the levy of an additional 0.50-mill to provide funds for the acquisition, construction, enlargement, renovation, and financing of general permanent improvements, pursuant to section 5705.218 of the revised code. The Poland Board of Education met on February 11, 2023 for its annual Board Retreat. The Facilities Master Plan was the focus of the meeting. Renderings of possible new facilities were presented to the Board at the retreat by consultants at GPD Group.
