Pick-up & Drop-off

Instructions:

• Parents turn onto Cortland Street.
• Make a left into the old bus loop and proceed onto the track and students will enter the B8 band doors.
• Doors will open at 8:25 a.m.
• Please note: School starts at 8:45 a.m.

Instructions:

• Parents turn onto Cortland Street.
• Make a left into the old bus loop and proceed onto the track. Students will exit the gym B7 doors.
• Dismissal starts at 3:10 p.m.

Instructions:

• Parents dropping off students should enter through the parking lot entrance nearest Poland Stadium.
• Proceed past the student driver parking lot and turn into the aisle closest to the tennis courts.
• Turn left to follow the road along the building and continue to the designated parent drop-off point.
• After drop-off, exit using the middle driveway near the Poland Seminary High School sign.

To help keep traffic moving, please be courteous and allow cars to turn onto Dobbins Road when exiting near the school sign.

Times:

• 7:05 a.m. - Doors Open
  • 7-8 Reports to Cafeteria
  • 9-12 Reports to Auditorium
  • Breakfast is available
• 7:15 a.m. - Students released to lockers
• 7:25 a.m. - Tardy Bell
  • Doors Locked and Alarms Activated

Instructions:

• Parents picking up students should use the stadium lot for staging before dismissal. A line will form on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once dismissal begins, the pick-up line will enter through the driveway nearest Poland Stadium.
• Proceed past the student driver parking lot and tennis courts to enter the bus compound, then continue toward the PSHS east parking lot.
• Follow the driveway to the designated parent pick-up point.
• After pick-up, exit using the east driveway.

Times:

• 2:10 p.m. - Bus loading begins
• 2:15 p.m. - All students not riding the bus are released from classrooms
  • Parent Pick-up line forms at PSHS Stadium Home Parking Lot (First-come, First-served)

Instructions:

• Turn into the parking lot by entering from Dobbins Road. Use the driveway closest to Poland Seminary High School.

• Follow the GREEN arrow path, making a loop around the parking spots in the lot before approaching the drop-off zone.

• Once drop-off has begun, proceed forward to one of the three drop-off zones (A,B,C) directly in front of the preschool entrance. A staff member will assist your child from the car.

• Once your child has safely exited the vehicle, continue forward to Dobbins Road via the exit nearest State Route 170.

Please note: If the parking lot line is full, utilize the Poland Stadium parking lot turning lane to extend the line. Do not wait in line on Dobbins Road.
