Hello Families!
As the 2022-2023 school year approaches, Poland Local Schools will be asking you to complete forms for your students. This week, we ask that you complete your Transportation "T" Forms in FinalForms.
You will be asked questions on this form regarding your transportation needs for the school year, specifically whether your student will ride a bus or drive/be driven to school. A response is required for all students before Friday, July 22.
Failure to complete the Transportation form by July 22 will automatically assign your student to "Driven/Self-Drive" instead of a bus.
With TRANSPORTATION questions, please contact Megan Roemer, Transportation Director at mroemer@polandschools.org.
If you have questions regarding your other forms, please contact your school principal or nruggieri@polandschools.org for general help.
Log in to complete your forms: https://poland-oh.finalforms.com/parents/login
Thank you!
