If a student has 4 exams on a specific day, it is up to the student to arrange with his/her teacher on which day he/she can schedule to take each specific exam. (CORE subjects will take precedence on scheduled day)
*i.e. CORE = Math, Language Arts, Social Studies and Science
Students are fully expected to be in attendance and on time during the required testing period. Any unexcused/truant absence will result in a zero on the exam.
Excused absences are listed as below:
Medical
Court
Bereavement of an immediate family member
Prior administrative approval
Student Make Ups:
All student makeup must go through the main office. Students approved for make up exams will complete them upon their return. Students that receive prior approval through administration, will schedule those exams with administration to be taken prior to exam week. Those exams will be taken after school will an administrator or designated employee. Those taking place after the school calendar year will be scheduled with administration to be taken during summer hours in the library.
