Poland Local School District implements a staggered start for kindergarteners to help them acclimate during their first days of school. This approach allows smaller groups of students to begin on different days, ensuring a smooth transition. See the schedule below to know your child’s first day of school:

Poland Local School District will be conducting bus evacuation drills on September 18 & 20. Please note that these are drills and that our transportation staff will be instructing students throughout the process. McKinley & Poland Middle Students will perform the drill Friday, September 20 upon morning arrival to school. PSHS Students will perform the drill Wednesday, September 18 before afternoon departure from school.
