Poland Local School District has calculated and posted Student Fees for the 2025-2026 School Year and PSHS Student Fees for the first semester. They are now available for your viewing on Progressbook:

Please note: Only PRIMARY CONTACTS of students on Progressbook can view fee information.

Starting November 2025, Poland Local School District will send digital notifications to the parents/guardians of students with outstanding student fee balances. Itemized fee invoices can be viewed on Progressbook. Outstanding fee balances will include unpaid fees from current and previous school years.

About Student Fees

Per Board Policy 6152, The Board of Education may charge fees for any additional materials used in the course of instruction. Fee values are determined according to grade level and classes taken.

RFQ - Union School Building and Site

The Poland Local School District, along with our partner, the Village of Poland is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a real estate development firm for the redevelopment of the Union School building and property at 30 Riverside Drive in Poland, Ohio. The deadline for RFQ responses are due by 4:00 PM, Thursday, October 1st, 2026.

In order to determine efficient bus routes, we ask that you complete the Transportation Information Form in FinalForms, indicating if your child will ride the bus. Even if your child will not be riding the bus this school year, this form must still be completed so we can accurately communicate transportation updates with you. The Poland Seminary High School Cheerleaders attended Cheer Time Athletics Spirit Camp on June 10-12, in Niles, Ohio. Throughout the week, the teams learned a variety of new material from cheers, to dance routines, to stunts for the upcoming season. The Bulldogs came home victorious earning two Elite Awards, the highest honor, with orange ribbons. In addition to this, many  individuals received various certificates throughout the week for leadership, cheer skills, stunt skills, and dance skills. More importantly, this group of cheerleaders left camp as a unified team!
