View your student's fee balance

Poland Local Schools calculates and posts student fees to Progressbook for all students. Poland Local Schools will be emailing student fee unpaid balances to parents as well as a link to view an itemized list of fees for each student. Student fee balances can be viewed online via Progressbook and paid via Payschools Events.

PROGRESSBOOK

Only PRIMARY CONTACTS of students on Progressbook can view fee information. Failure to pay student fees may result in restricted access to Progressbook until the outstanding balance is paid.

To make a payment:

Click Pay Here.
Login or select Guest.
Select the number of students you are paying for.
Enter your student's name and grade.
Review Order.
Click Continue.
Continue to payment.
Enter payment information.
Submit Order.

Pay by Cash/Check

Checks can be made out to Poland Schools. Include your student's name in the MEMO field.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

How do I access Progressbook as a parent?

Visit https://parentaccess.access-k12.org/district and select "Poland Local SD". Select the "Sign In" button.

If you already have a ParentAccess Progressbook account, you can sign in. If you have forgotten your username/password, select "Forgot your user name or password?".

If you are new to Progressbook and have never set up an account, select "Sign Up". You will need a registration key for your student which was distributed at the beginning of school. If you are a parent and are having a problem with your Registration Key, please contact your student's school main office.

I cannot access the "Fees" tab in Progressbook.

The Fees tab is only accessible to PRIMARY CONTACTS of students. Typically, this is Mom, Dad, or another parent/guardian. You may try logging in using the other contact's account to see if they have access. Only one guardian of the student will have access to the itemized fee list.

If both student contacts do not have access to student fees on Progressbook, you or your student may contact their school's main office to ask for an itemized invoice of student fees.

Who is the primary contact for my student on Progressbook?

Typically, one of two guardians is typically assigned the Primary Contact for students in Progressbook. The primary contact is the only guardian who can access student fees. It is possible to switch the primary contact of your student by calling your student's school main office.

How do you pay fees?

I can't find my child's school payment portal on Payschools Events. Where to I login to pay?

The search feature on Payschools Events may not show every school building in our district because it is based on zip code or event name. Also, the payment portal for each school building changes on Payschools Events every school year. That is why it is best to use the following links to access the payment portal:
