Welcome to Poland Local Schools, Mrs. Jeanette Medina! At the Poland Board of Education Regular Meeting Session on July 16, 2025, the Board of Education approved the employment of Jeanette Medina as Treasurer effective August 1, 2025. Meet Mrs. Medina in her Bulldog Welcome:

Poland Local School District has received the Auditor of State Award for its excellent performance in the state audit. This marks at least the fifth time since 2016 that the district has received this recognition, a testament to an ongoing commitment to excellence. Congratulations to CFO/Treasurer Mrs. Janet Muntean for her outstanding leadership and dedication to the Bulldogs!

The Poland Board of Education approved a resolution to Proceed with the Submission of the Electors of the School District of the Question of the Renewal of an Existing Tax Levy, Pursuant to Sections 5705.194 to 5705.197 of the Revised Code. (#2025-10) The emergency levy renewal will be on the ballot for the May 6, 2025 Primary/Special Election.

The Poland Local Schools will hold a District Records Commission Meeting on Thursday, December 12, 2024. The purpose will be to review the district’s record retention schedule and approve a list of records for disposal. The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. in the Office of the Treasurer located at 3030 Dobbins Road, Poland, OH 44514.
