PSHS ART SHOW | May 7, 2024 5-7 p.m. | The talented works of our 7th-12th grade Bulldogs will be on display in the PSHS Field House at our annual art show!

The Exceptional Art Show welcomed over 10 local schools to display the talented works of their exceptional students. Our Bulldogs were well represented in many genres, including Blake's Marker Goofy and Timmy's cardboard house! Thank you to all who supported the show tonight and gave our students the spotlight! Have a look at their creations and some artists next to them! Way to go, Bulldogs!

EXCEPTIONAL ART SHOW! Join us at the PSHS Field House on April 10 for our 5th annual Exceptional Art Show. View the creations of the talented exceptional artists in our area, and many young artists will be awarded!

We are getting excited for the Solar Eclipse! Inspired by the great Alma Thomas and her famous creation "The Eclipse", the K-6 Bulldogs are coloring the coronas of their own solar eclipses! Follow along with our 3rd graders as the colors fill the paper!

12 Bulldogs from McKinley and Poland Middle represent us at the annual Butler Art Museum Art Show on March 3! Congratulations to these young artists on their outstanding works.

Poland Middle School's Julian Colella in 6th Grade submitted a piece of artwork in the fall for the Lions Club Peace Poster contest. A member of the Poland Lions Club couldn't pass on Julian's work... It reminded him of their new puppies! Julian's work was purchased today by his new friends! The artwork depicts a puppy in a field dreaming of a world where it rains treats! Congratulations, Julian, on your fine artistry!

We're wrapping up an exciting lesson in Mrs. DiMuzio's art class! Mrs. Schuster and Mrs. Gesacion's Kindergarten classes are cutting and gluing their red, yellow, and blue squares & rectangles to finish their Mondrian masterpieces!

Mrs. Patrick’s Kindergarten class is stopping by Mrs. DiMuzio’s for art class! We learn about Piet Mondrian and use our primary colors and lines to create Mondrian masterpieces! Stay tuned for another class coming soon!

PSHS Senior Katie Biggs has earned a Scholastic Art & Writing Silver Key Award in Ceramics. "The environments I am surrounded by have always influenced my artwork and inspired their outcomes. I want to help others feel at peace with their own surroundings," said Biggs.
